I’d be LOST without this! It’s so helpful to have. It gives you everything you need to know and more! It lets you learn as you go by keeping a record of what you do and you can track where might have gone wrong. 10/10

I’ve had this sourdough journal for over a year now and still go back to it every time I bake — it’s been incredibly helpful throughout my journey.
The information within the book from Charlotte has been crucial to my loaves. It’s clear, easy to follow, and has really helped me understand the process better and improve my results.
Being able to record each loaf has made such a difference, especially as the seasons change. Temperature and timing play a huge part in how your sourdough turns out, and having everything written down to refer back to has helped me stay consistent and keep improving.
It’s really well thought out and easy to use — perfect whether you’re just starting out or already experienced with sourdough.
I’d highly recommend this to anyone on their sourdough journey — it’s something you’ll keep coming back to time and time again!

This journal is a great addition to my sourdough essentials love that you can document your bread journey each loaf you make so you know how it’s gone. I love that it has a bread recipe and the ten stages of sourdough

Such a lovely journal, it’s great to keep track of the ‘trial and error’ process that is making sourdough, and it’s really helped me improve my loaves to become much more consistent. There are lots of handy little bits of information in there too that have really helped my baking
